Thomas Heitkämper is a certified specialist of real estate and residential property (Kaufmann der Grundstücks- und Wohnungswirtschaft / IHK). Initially, he was deputy manager of the financing department and then manager of the property management department (with 800+ residential and commercial units) with a Munich-based property developer. For 15+ years, Thomas Heitkämper has been working as a real estate service provider in the areas of rental, sale and management of owner and non-owner occupied properties.
 
In June 2014, he took over the property and facility management of existing and customer properties at Immobilis Group.
